Role Description The Senior Content Writer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The person in this role will plan, write, and edit high-quality content for the company’s website, product pages, blogs, marketing campaigns, and knowledge resources, with a focus on digital signature, eSigning, and PKI services. Daily responsibilities include conducting research on industry trends and regulatory requirements, transforming technical information into clear, accessible content, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.

Writer will collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop content strategies that support lead generation, customer education, and brand awareness.



The role also involves reviewing and proofreading materials, optimizing content for search engines, and mentoring junior writers to uphold content standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and general Writing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and accurate content for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Research skills, including the ability to plan content calendars, align content with business goals, and gather information from technical and regulatory sources.
- Candidates should possess solid Proofreading skills, with attention to detail, grammar, and consistency across all written materials.
- Experience writing about technology, cybersecurity, compliance, or digital identity services is beneficial.
- Excellent command of English, robust communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are required.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead content role, including mentoring or guiding other writers, is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, content management systems, and basic analytics tools is an added advantage.
