About the Role

Dot Media is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Client Servicing & Influencer Marketing Executive to manage clients and execute impactful influencer-led campaigns. This role requires strong coordination skills, client handling experience, and a deep understanding of influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brand clients
- Understand brand objectives, campaign goals, and target audience
- Manage day-to-day communication and ensure high client satisfaction
- Present ideas, campaign plans, and performance reports to clients
- Coordinate influencer deliverables, timelines, and expectations
- Negotiate commercials and manage influencer agreements




- Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for brands
- Work closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, operations)
- Handle multiple brand campaigns simultaneously with efficiency
- Monitor campaign performance (reach, engagement, ROI, etc.)
- Share detailed reports and insights with brand clients

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in client servicing and influencer marketing
- Prior experience working with brand clients in an influencer marketing agency is mandatory
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and influencer ecosystem
- Robust coordination and negotiation skills.
