We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner with strong fundamentals in business analysis, requirements management, product ownership, Agile delivery, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate should be able to convert ambiguous business problems into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and delivery-ready documentation. The candidate should also have practical exposure or strong familiarity with AI, GenAI, LLMs, AI tools, automation, prompt engineering, AI copilots, or AI-assisted product development.

This role is ideal for someone who is a problem solver, critical thinker, and product-minded BA/PO who enjoys building healthcare technology products from discovery to launch.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, discovery sessions, and process analysis.Create and maintain BRD, FRD, PRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, wireframes, and release documentation.Own and manage product backlog, epics, features, sprint priorities, and roadmap inputs in an Agile/Scrum workplace.Translate business problems into clear product requirements and actionable solutions for engineering, QA, UI/UX, data, and AI/ML teams.Identify practical use cases for GenAI, LLMs, automation, AI copilots, document intelligence, semantic search, summarization, and workflow optimization.Use AI productivity tools such as Lovable, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Figma AI, and similar tools for research, documentation, prototyping, and product discovery.Support UI/UX flows, wireframes, user journeys, and usability validation to improve product experience.Partner with QA teams on test scenarios, UAT, defect triage, release readiness, and production validation.Analyze market trends, customer feedback, competitor products, and operational workflows to identify product improvement opportunities.Ensure solutions align with healthcare workflows, compliance expectations, business outcomes,



and user needs.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is not just a documentation-focused BA but a business problem solver and product thinker.You should be able to ask the right questions, structure unclear requirements, collaborate with business and technology teams, support product delivery, and use AI tools to improve speed, clarity, and execution.5-6 years of experience as a business analyst, senior business analyst, product owner, or product analyst.Strong understanding of business analysis fundamentals, including requirement elicitation, process mapping, stakeholder analysis, documentation, and solution validation. Hands-on experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, BRD, FRD, PRD, process flows, functional specifications, and release notes.Good understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, backlog management, sprint planning, UAT, and release support.Practical familiarity with GenAI, AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, automation, AI copilots, or AI-assisted product development.Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, QA, UI/UX, data, AI/ML, and business stakeholders.Healthcare domain experience is preferred, especially in areas such as payer, provider, RCM, claims, EHR/EMR, patient services, benefits verification, prior authorization, case management, or care workflows.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership, clarity, and execution focus.

Good to Have

Exposure to US Healthcare, HIPAA, PHI, HL7 FHIR, payer/provider workflows, RCM, claims, EHR/EMR, or healthcare interoperability.Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Figma, Miro, LucidChart, Postman, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or Lovable.Knowledge of AI concepts such as embeddings, vector search, RAG, document intelligence, chatbots, and human-in-the-loop workflows.Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, CBAP, CCBA, Agile/Scrum, or product management certifications.
