We are looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals from the Life Insurance industry, with preference given to candidates having solid Agency Channel experience. Locations - Kolkata-Salt Lake , Bokaro, Hazaribagh, Siliguri, Cuttack, Malda, Balasore,Koderma,Guwahati Key ResponsibilitiesManage and drive branch-level business targets. Lead, motivate, and develop the agency/business development team.

Recruit, onboard, and manage insurance advisors/agents. Drive new business generation and achieve sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business objectives.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria Experience: Minimum 3–6 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry.

Preferred Experience: Candidates from the Agency Channel will be preferred.

Age: Up to 47 years.

Career History: Candidate should have a stable career history.

CTC: Best in Market CIBIL Score: Minimum 650 CIBIL score is mandatory. Candidates should have good communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
