Bhatia & Bhatia, Chartered Accountants is looking for experienced audit professionals to join our team in Nehru Place, New Delhi for the following positions:

- Associate Director / Director – Audit
- Senior Manager – Audit

About the Role: We are looking for experienced professionals with solid expertise in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, IFC and Tax Audit, along with the ability to lead engagements, manage teams, build strong client relationships and contribute to business development. The role will involve:

- Leading and managing audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio
- Developing audit strategies and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory standards
- Managing the complete audit lifecycle from planning to completion
- Reviewing financial statements and applying Ind AS knowledge
- Identifying and managing audit, quality and risk-related matters
- Managing, mentoring and developing audit teams
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Providing value-driven solutions and addressing complex client requirements
- Supporting business development,



proposals and generating opportunities from existing and new clients

What We’re Looking For:

- CA / equivalent qualification
- 8–10+ years of post-qualification experience for Associate Director / Director-level roles
- Strong experience in Statutory, Internal, IFC and Tax Audit
- Strong understanding of Ind AS and financial statements
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in team and client management
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and work under deadlines
- Willingness to travel within and outside Delhi, as required
