Key Responsibilities

- Support Pre sale initiatives and solution development
- Understand the business use cases and technical requirement be able to convert them into technical design which elegantly meets business requirements
- Identify different potential solutions being able to narrow down the best option
- Exposure to Llama soft, Analpan or Kinaxis
- Experience with simulation tools like excel solver &
- Any logic
- Hand on experience with Gurobi, CPLEX, Supply Chain guru
- Own end to end inventory planning for FG Stock and packing material
- Collect, organize, implement S&OP; feedback pertaining to stock level
- Support inventory planning to meet service level & fill rate targets
- Perform root cause analysis for stock out & service failures
- Monitor &
- Improve inventory healthy KPIs ( Availability, back orders,

- Responsible for order fulfilment
- Need to ensure stock allocation/shipment against the sales plan/ order
- Work closely with PPC &
- Sales team to facilitate better logistics execution of shipments
- Oversee inventory planning & warehouse operations and stock reconciliation
- Identify and assess supply risks such as vendor delays and logistics constraints
- Develop contingency plan and alternate logistics execution
- Ensure business continuity for critical orders and contingency plan
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently and work well under tight timelines

Ideal Candidate

- Possess valuable understanding about the domestic dispatch documents like Tax invoices, E invoices, Delivery challans, EWBs &
- LR
- Diploma, B.Com, B.Sc., or B.E. degree with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience, or an MBA specializing in Supply Chain and Operations Management
- Knowledgeable in export documentation and processes
- Hands on experience in working with Logistics providers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth execution of shipments
- Hands on experience in SAP MM/SD related to logistics
- Knowledge in Freight payment processing &
- MIS
- Should be able to lead a team of 20 to 50 members
