About Position:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP/Fusion programs. The role requires strong ownership of project planning, governance, stakeholder coordination, and successful execution across complex enterprise environments.

What You'll Do:
Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP/Fusion projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Plan and manage project scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables effectively.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
Identify and mitigate risks, track issues, and ensure smooth project execution and governance.
Oversee implementation lifecycle including UAT, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
Expertise You'll Bring:
12+ years of project/program management experience (ERP experience preferred)
Plan, execute,



and govern multiple interdependent projects within a program
Drive program roadmap, milestones, risk management, and dependencies
Coordinate across business, functional, and technical teams
Track progress, manage issues, and ensure timely delivery
Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders
Support UAT, cutover, go‑live, and post‑go‑live stabilization
Strong program and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing complex, multi‑module or enterprise programs
Excellent communication, planning, and risk management abilities
