We are looking for a Senior Architect who wants to do more than deliver drawings—we're looking for someone who wants to influence projects, contribute ideas, and become an integral part of our core design team.

Role Overview -

- Lead and manage multiple architectural projects from design development through construction documentation and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and approved design parameters.
- Participate in design development, technical coordination, site reviews and consultant meetings.
- Maintain high standards of project documentation, quality control and timely project delivery.

Basic Requirements -

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong knowledge of NBC, local building regulations and approval processes.
- Experience in consultant coordination, construction documentation and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other industry-standard architectural software.
