- 1–3 years of experience as an AR Caller / Medical Billing AR Executive.
- Knowledge of US healthcare billing and insurance processes.
- Familiarity with claim follow-up, denials, appeals, and EOBs/ERAs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical billing software.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience working with US healthcare insurance payers.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
