Role Description The Senior Architect role at ALYF is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves leading the architectural design of holiday homes and related developments, from concept to completion.

The Senior

Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design briefs, create detailed drawings and specifications, and ensure that projects align with ALYF’s aesthetic, functional, and sustainability standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with consultants and contractors, overseeing design reviews, resolving technical and integration challenges, and supporting project management to keep timelines and budgets on track.



The role also includes mentoring junior team members and contributing to design innovation that enhances customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in residential or hospitality projects.
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration concepts relevant to smart homes, building systems, or property technology solutions.
- Proven Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent projects.
- Advanced skills in design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM platforms) and familiarity with building codes and regulations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field, with registration or licensure preferred.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, interior designers, and property management professionals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and design quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to present concepts to internal teams and external partners.
