About the Role

UIACC is looking for a creative, proactive and growth-oriented Senior Analyst – Content & Community Development to strengthen our digital presence, build engaged communities and support our growing network across India and the United States.

This is more than a traditional content role.

You will work at the intersection of content, digital marketing, community building, events and business development, helping transform UIACC's initiatives into compelling stories and meaningful community experiences.

The ideal candidate understands how great content can build a brand and how a strong community can turn that brand into a movement.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Brand Communications

- Develop engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, websites, newsletters and other digital platforms.
- Write compelling captions, campaign copy, carousel content, short-form video/Reel scripts and leadership communications.
- Create content for brochures, presentations, sponsorship decks, event materials and community campaigns.
- Develop stories highlighting entrepreneurs, members, speakers, mentors, partners and community achievements.
- Maintain a consistent and professional UIACC brand voice across communication channels.
- Collaborate with designers and internal teams to transform ideas into high-quality campaigns and creative assets.

Community Development

- Help build and grow UIACC's communities of entrepreneurs, professionals, business leaders, students and emerging leaders.




- Identify and engage potential community members across India and the United States.
- Develop initiatives that encourage meaningful networking, knowledge sharing and skilled collaboration.
- Support member onboarding, engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate with mentors, advisors, speakers, volunteers and community leaders.
- Develop campaigns to increase participation in UIACC programs and community initiatives.
- Build relationships with universities, startup communities, professional networks and ecosystem partners.

Digital Marketing & Growth
- Support organic and paid digital campaigns promoting UIACC programs, memberships and events.
- Develop content for email, WhatsApp and social-media campaigns.
- Support lead-generation campaigns for membership, events and community programs.
- Monitor social-media performance, engagement, reach and campaign results.
- Identify content trends and new opportunities to increase UIACC's digital visibility.
- Use data and audience insights to continuously improve content and community campaigns.

Events & Partnerships
- Support marketing and communications for UIACC conferences, networking events, business summits, community programs and leadership initiatives.
- Create speaker announcements, event campaigns, registration communication and post-event content.
- Coordinate communication with speakers, partners, sponsors and community stakeholders.
- Assist the business development team with partnership presentations and outreach campaigns.
- Capture and transform event highlights, success stories and community outcomes into engaging digital content.

What We're Looking For

- 1–4 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, communications, community management or a related role.
- Strong English writing,



editing and storytelling skills.
- Excellent understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram content strategies.
- Experience creating social-media campaigns and short-form digital content.
- Strong understanding of community building and audience engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with leadership, designers, business-development teams and external stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and execute ideas independently.

Preferred Skills

Experience with some of the following would be an advantage:

Experience working with startups, business communities, chambers of commerce, professional associations, universities or event organizations is highly valued.
