Location: Sector 58, Good Earth Business Bay, Gurugram- 122011, India | Gurgaon | Hybrid

Experience

- 3-6 years of experience in AI and NLP

Qualification

- BTech
- MS
- MTech
- PhD in Computer Science
- Artificial Intelligence
- Machine Learning
- Deep Learning
- Natural Language Processing or equivalent

Responsibilities

- Review and analyze existing NLP models
- Modify and fine-tune pre-trained NLP models for specific tasks
- Create or modify model architectures and train models from scratch
- Test and refine models and systems using real-world data and feedback
- Evaluate project requirements and manage project roadmap
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate to integrate and deploy AI systems into broader product architecture
- Conduct research on emerging NLP and AI technologies and trends
- Automate data preprocessing and annotation workflows
- Maintain documentation for algorithms, implementations, and evaluations
- Mentor junior engineers and provide strategic guidance on project development

Additional Responsibilities

- Work on assessment grading and cheating prevention projects for online assessments
- Help improve and create new technologies for the team
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Interface with business users

Nice To Have

- Knowledge of C++, Java and JavaScript is a plus
- Familiarity with GPU-related technologies for improved computational efficiency
- Able to work independently
