Experience

- 3-6 years of experience in AI and NLP
- Experience working in an academic or professional setting in AI/NLP
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and strong team player
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good client management skills
- Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

- Review and analyze existing NLP models to solve problems
- Modify and finetune pretrained NLP models for specific tasks
- Create or modify model architectures and train models from scratch
- Test and refine models and systems using real-world data and feedback
- Evaluate project requirements and manage project roadmap
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders




- Collaborate on integration and deployment of AI systems into broader product architecture
- Conduct research on emerging NLP and AI technologies and trends
- Automate data preprocessing and annotation workflows
- Maintain documentation for algorithms, implementations, and evaluations
- Mentor junior engineers and provide strategic guidance

Additional Responsibilities

- Work on assessment grading and cheating prevention solutions for online assessments
- Improve and create new technologies for the team
- Support product architecture integration and deployment

Nice To Have

- Knowledge of Python libraries such as Spacy, NLTK, NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn
- Knowledge of GPU-related technologies such as CUDA, CUDNN, and tensorRT
- Knowledge of C++, Java, and JS
