We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer for our client Morgan Stanley to build AI-powered solutions around ServiceNow Discovery.

You'll develop intelligent AI agents that continuously analyze ServiceNow Discovery logs, execution results, failures, infrastructure telemetry, and operational data to classify issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend or generate corrective actions at enterprise scale.

This is a unique opportunity combining ServiceNow Discovery + Python + Infrastructure Engineering + Agentic AI.

- 4+ years of Advanced Python development
- Strong REST API development experience
- Experience building APIs,

- Strong software engineering and up-to-date SDLC practices
- Git / GitHub experience

- Strong Infrastructure Engineering knowledge
- Linux and Windows Server
- Compute, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure
- Strong infrastructure troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, ports, SSH, WMI/WinRM, SNMP, HTTP/S
- Experience analyzing high-volume logs, metrics, errors, and operational datasets
- Upper-intermediate English communication skills

? What You'll Do

- Design and build AI agents that continuously analyze ServiceNow Discovery logs and execution results
- Classify and correlate Discovery failures
- Perform AI-assisted troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
- Identify probable causes of Discovery failures
- Recommend corrective actions
- Build capabilities to recommend or generate corrections to Discovery Patterns and Probes
- Implement testing, guardrails, and human approval before production changes
- Convert operational runbooks into reusable Agentic AI workflows
- Continuously assess the health of the ServiceNow Discovery ecosystem
- Analyze MID Servers, Discovery schedules, throughput, latency, failures, retries, and discovery coverage
- Collect and interpret metrics and telemetry from ServiceNow Discovery, MID Servers, logs, monitoring platforms, and other sources
- Use AI to identify patterns, anomalies, trends, and probable root causes
- Turn operational insights into actionable engineering improvements
