Key Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
- Counsel students and recommend suitable acting, filmmaking and television courses.
- Explain course details, fees, career opportunities and admission process.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Maintain lead records and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Handle student/parent queries and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with academic and administration teams.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Counselling, Inside Sales or Sales.
- Excellent communication, counselling and convincing skills.
- Robust lead conversion and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good command of English & Hindi; Marathi is an added advantage.
- Candidates from educational institutions, academies or training institutes preferred.
