Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial reports, and management dashboards.
- Collect, verify, analyze, and consolidate financial and operational data from various sources.
- Prepare and maintain Excel-based MIS reports, trackers, dashboards, and financial models.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, receivables, payables, and other key financial indicators.
- Prepare budget versus actual reports and perform variance analysis to identify significant deviations.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and management reporting.
- Maintain and review accounting data, ledgers, schedules, and supporting documents.
- Assist in bank, vendor, customer, and other account reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end book closure activities.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements, schedules, and management accounts.
- Support GST, TDS, income tax, audit, and other statutory compliance activities as required.
- Assist in audit preparation by providing reconciliations, schedules, financial data, and supporting documents.
- Identify discrepancies, errors, trends, and key financial insights through data analysis.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency,



and integrity of financial data across reports and accounting records.
- Coordinate with accounts, finance, operations, and other departments to collect information and ensure timely reporting.
- Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis, reports, presentations, and business updates.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis.
- Provide data-driven insights to management to support financial and business decision-making.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned MIS and finance-related activities.

Preferred Qualification

- CA Inter / CA Intermediate qualified.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Valuable analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
