Role Summary

Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team through recruitment, training, coaching, performance monitoring, and goal setting. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and strengthen market presence, with solid strategic, business development, leadership, and relationship management skills.

Develop and manage Channel Partner networks by identifying, onboarding, and engaging recent partners to drive business growth.




Identify new market and sales opportunities through customer and market research to improve product profitability and marketability.
Prepare and manage marketing budgets and action plans in line with the company's financial and business objectives.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers and accounts through regular engagement, visits, and effective communication.
Monitor, analyse, and report sales and marketing performance by collecting market data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to management.
