Position: R&D; Executive

Location: Gandhinagar

Experience: 3 - 7 Years

Responsibilities:
Recent Product Development (NPD)
Develop recent resin formulations as per customer and business requirements.
Design laboratory formulations and optimize raw material selection.
Improve resin properties such as:
Reactivity
Water tolerance
Viscosity
Gel time
Shelf life
Bond strength
Heat resistance
Chemical resistance
Scale up successful laboratory formulations to pilot and commercial production.
KPI
Minimum 2–4 successful product developments annually.
Successful commercialization of approved products.
Product Improvement
Improve existing resin grades for better performance.
Reduce manufacturing cost without affecting quality.
Improve consistency between laboratory and production batches.
Identify alternate raw materials.
KPI
Cost reduction initiatives.
Improved batch consistency.
Reduction in customer complaints.
Laboratory Trial Management
Prepare laboratory trial plans.




Execute resin synthesis independently.
Maintain proper reaction parameters:
pH
Temperature
Reaction time
Mole ratio
Solid content
Viscosity
Water tolerance
Prepare detailed trial reports.
KPI
Timely completion of planned R&D; trials.
Accurate laboratory records.
Process Optimization
Improve manufacturing processes.
Reduce cycle time.
Increase reactor productivity.
Improve production yield.
Optimize energy and utility consumption.
KPI
Increased process efficiency.
Reduction in manufacturing losses
Technical Support to Production
Support production during commercial batches.
Resolve process-related issues.
Assist in troubleshooting quality deviations.
Standardize manufacturing procedures (SOPs).
