About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer (MEP) to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in MEP BIM modeling, coordination, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams using industry-standard tools.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy.
Utilize BIM 360 (Autodesk Construction Cloud) for model coordination and data management.
Prepare shop drawings, layouts, and detailed documentation in line with project requirements.
Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, workflows, and quality benchmarks.




Participate in coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts proactively.
Maintain proper model documentation and version control.

Proficiency in:
Autodesk Revit (MEP)
Navisworks
BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
Hands-on experience in MEP BIM modeling and coordination.
Solid understanding of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
