About the Role

BASSETTI India is looking for a technically robust Integration Team Lead / Manager to lead our Integration Services team supporting TEEXMA and enterprise application environments.

The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience in application and enterprise system integration, SQL and relational databases, along with proven experience in team management, project delivery and client/stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Integration Services team, including workload planning and resource allocation.
Plan and monitor project timelines, technical deliverables and overall delivery.
Ensure delivery quality and adherence to defined KPIs and SLAs.
Handle technical escalations and support the team in troubleshooting complex integration issues.
Work closely with onshore clients and international stakeholders.




Manage project and service delivery activities from planning through completion.
Review technical requirements, data flows, interfaces and integration solutions.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.

Required Qualifications and Experience
5+ years of experience in Application Integration, Enterprise IT, Integration Services or Service Delivery.
1–2+ years of experience in a Team Lead or people-management role.
Robust hands-on knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Practical experience with enterprise application/system integrations, including:
Data flows and interfaces
API integrations
Database integrations
System-to-system integrations
Integration troubleshooting
Experience managing team workload, resource allocation, project timelines and deliverables.
