Summary

As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and performance standards. This role includes creating detailed documentation of security controls and overseeing the smooth transition of these controls into managed cloud security operations. The position requires continuous evaluation and refinement of security architectures to support evolving business needs and technological advancements, ensuring robust protection across cloud environments while facilitating seamless operational integration.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.




- Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that support cloud infrastructure and services.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on security objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their qualified growth.
- Continuously assess emerging security threats and recommend proactive measures to mitigate risks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- Experience in designing and implementing cloud security architectures and frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of security controls, risk management, and compliance standards related to cloud environments.
- Ability to document complex security processes and translate technical requirements into operational procedures.
- Skilled in coordinating with diverse teams to integrate security solutions across multiple platforms.
- Expertise in evaluating security technologies and recommending improvements to enhance system resilience.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
