Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist based in Surat. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for performing keyword research, conducting SEO audits, and implementing on-page optimization techniques to improve search visibility and organic traffic. Daily tasks include monitoring website performance through web analytics tools, identifying technical and content-related issues, and collaborating with developers and content teams to implement SEO best practices.





The role also involves planning and executing ethical link-building strategies, tracking rankings, preparing performance reports, and staying current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO to optimize content, metadata, and site structure.

- Experience conducting comprehensive SEO Audits to identify technical, content, and usability issues.

- Proficiency in Link Building strategies, focusing on high-quality, ethical backlinks and outreach.

- Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track performance and derive insights.

- Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Magento) for implementing SEO recommendations.

- Familiarity with popular SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills with attention to detail.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with development, design, and marketing teams on-site in Surat.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Previous experience in an SEO or digital marketing role, preferably within a technology or web development environment.
