Zoft.AI builds AI automation for businesses — chat agents, voice agents, and workflow automation. We're hiring one person to run outbound and build the machine behind it. You'll work directly with the founder. No layers, no scripts handed down — you build the playbook with us.

The role

- Build target lists with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo (mid-market B2B, India + US)
- Run cold email and LinkedIn campaigns on Smartlead and Dripify — write, sequence, test, iterate
- Automate Organic contents pipelines.
- Cold call 30–40 prospects a day; qualify and book discovery calls for the founder
- Automate your own workflow in n8n / Zapier — enrichment, CRM sync, reply routing
- Own the weekly numbers: dials → replies → meetings → pipeline

You

- 0–1 yr experience or a strong fresher — attitude over resume
- Write clearly. Your cold email shouldn't read like a template




- Not afraid of the phone. Hang-ups don't shake you
- Have touched Apollo, Sales Nav, or any automation tool — or can prove you'll learn fast
- Genuinely curious about AI. You'll be selling what you use daily
