Role Description

This is an unpaid, remote internship position for the role of Scrum Master Intern. The intern will assist in coordinating Scrum ceremonies, facilitating sprint planning sessions, and ensuring the Agile process is effectively applied within the team. Key responsibilities include creating and managing user stories,



communicating with team members to resolve blockers, and collaborating with software developers to support project tasks and progress.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Sprint Planning and managing Agile workflows
- Strong Analytical Skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to resolve team challenges effectively
- Experience with writing and managing User Stories for Agile projects
- Understanding of Software Development processes and terminology
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- A passion for learning Agile methodologies and project management frameworks
