BIM Architect – US Projects - Residential and Commercial projects

Location: Gurugram | Experience: 4–8 Years | Qualification: B.Arch | 5 days working from office

We are hiring a BIM Architect with solid hands-on expertise in Revit modelling and architectural documentation to support US-based projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop Revit BIM models and construction drawings.
Prepare detailed plans, sections, elevations and documentation.
Support design development and architectural detailing.
Coordinate with Structural and MEP teams.
Ensure accurate, high-quality BIM deliverables.

Requirements
4–8 years of BIM Architecture experience.
Solid hands-on Revit experience is mandatory.
Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.
US/international project experience preferred.
AutoCAD/Navisworks knowledge is an advantage.

Key: This is a hands-on modelling and design execution role, not a coordination or clash-detection-only position.
