Company Description ThinkTac is a social enterprise focused on building future-ready minds through experiential STEM learning programs aligned with grades I–X. These programs use simple, often repurposed materials, supported by digital resources and teacher training, so learners can create, experiment, tinker, and innovate while mastering core concepts. ThinkTac’s approach emphasizes 21st-century competencies, helping learners develop skills needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
The programs are integrated into the NCERT curriculum via DIKSHA, embedded in Oxford University Press textbooks, and promoted by CBSE, Pratham, and leading schools across India.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site School Success Associate role based in Guwahati.
The School Success
Associate will support partner schools in effectively implementing ThinkTac’s experiential STEM programs, including coordinating with school leadership, teachers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery. Daily responsibilities include conducting school visits, facilitating teacher orientation and support sessions, monitoring classroom implementation, collecting feedback and usage data, and troubleshooting operational issues. The role also involves documenting best practices, preparing basic reports, and sharing insights that help improve learner outcomes and strengthen school relationships.

uphold ThinkTac’s mission, and proactively ensure that schools and educators are set up for success.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with school leaders, teachers, and internal teams.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages (spoken and written), including the ability to conduct orientations, explain program details, and prepare concise reports.
- Organizational and coordination skills to manage school visits, training schedules, program rollout timelines, and follow-ups across multiple schools.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret feedback and usage data, identify challenges in implementation, and propose practical solutions.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and platforms (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email, online learning platforms) to support reporting and resource sharing.
- Interest in education, STEM learning, and child-centric pedagogies; prior experience working with schools, NGOs, or education initiatives is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Guwahati, and other sates of North-East, travel to partner schools as needed, and adapt to diverse school environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, STEM, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
