Role Description The School Principal is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Gurugram, responsible for overall academic, administrative, and operational management of the school. The role includes leading faculty teams, setting high standards for teaching and learning, and ensuring effective implementation of curriculum and co-curricular programs. The Principal oversees student welfare, discipline, and safety; engages regularly with families and the wider school community; and promotes a positive, inclusive school culture.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include performance management of staff, budget and resource oversight,



compliance with CBSE and regulatory guidelines, and alignment with the Group’s vision for research-backed, holistic education. The Principal collaborates with the Group’s centres of excellence to integrate innovations in curriculum, health and wellness, and technology into the school environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid educational leadership skills, including experience leading school-wide initiatives and guiding faculty teams.
- Candidates should possess expertise in curriculum development and understanding of contemporary pedagogical practices.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of middle school and K–12 education systems, preferably within CBSE or similar frameworks.
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field, with formal training in school administration or leadership, is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience as a Principal, Vice-Principal, or senior academic coordinator in a reputed school setting is preferred.
- Ability to foster an inclusive, learner-centric environment and manage change, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities, along with proficiency in using educational technology and school management systems.
