About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished SAP expert with deep expertise in SAP FICO, FSCM, Treasury Management, Product Costing, Project Systems, and SAP S/4HANA Finance, combined with exposure to SAP AI and Machine Learning capabilities. The role involves delivering high-quality training programs, mentoring professionals, supporting enterprise transformation initiatives, and enabling innovation through SAP AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

? Training & Knowledge Delivery

✅ Deliver instructor-led online and classroom training programs on SAP FICO, FSCM, Product Costing, S/4HANA Finance, Treasury Management, and related SAP solutions.

✅ Design learning curricula, courseware, hands-on labs, assessments, and certification preparation content.

✅ Conduct workshops, boot camps, corporate learning sessions, and technical enablement programs.

✅ Mentor consultants, business users, and project teams on SAP best practices and solution design.

⚙️ SAP Functional Consulting

✅ Lead business process workshops, fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.

✅ Provide expertise across FI, CO, FSCM,



Treasury & Risk Management (TRM), Project Systems (PS), COPA, and Product Costing.

✅ Support financial reporting, profitability management, budgeting, asset accounting, AP/AR, and cash management processes.

✅ Drive seamless integration across SAP modules including MM, SD, PP, WM, TM, PM, and CAR.

? SAP AI & Innovation Enablement

✅ Deliver practical demonstrations and training on SAP AI Core, SAP AI Business Services, SAP Conversational AI, SAP BTP, and SAP Datasphere.

✅ Train professionals on AI-driven finance use cases including intelligent invoice processing, financial forecasting, fraud detection, predictive analytics, and credit risk assessment.

✅ Support innovation initiatives, POCs, hackathons, and AI-led business transformation programs.

? Project Leadership

✅ Lead SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.

✅ Manage stakeholder communication, governance, risk management, cutover planning, and project execution.

✅ Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and change management initiatives.

⭐ Strong expertise in project management, solution architecture, and stakeholder engagement.
