Responsibilities

- Lead SAP S/4HANA OTC Pricing design, configuration, implementation, and support.
- Configure pricing procedures, condition types, condition tables, access sequences, discounts, surcharges, rebates, freight, and taxes.
- Manage end-to-end OTC processes including Sales Order, Delivery, Billing, and Invoicing.
- Gather requirements, conduct workshops, and provide functional solutions.
- Lead SIT/UAT, defect resolution, cutover, go-live, and production support.
- Work with FI, MM, Tax, Logistics, ABAP, and integration teams.
- Troubleshoot complex pricing and billing issues and drive process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7–10 years of overall SAP experience with 5+ years in SAP SD/OTC Pricing.
- Solid hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA OTC and Pricing.
- Expertise in Pricing Procedures, Condition Technique, Rebates, Discounts, Taxes, and Billing.
- Strong end-to-end Order-to-Cash process knowledge.
- Experience with SAP SD integration with FI/MM and external systems.
- Experience in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and/or support projects.
- Strong requirement gathering, functional design, testing, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
