Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP PLM Architect with strong expertise in Recipe Development and Specification Management to design and lead end-to-end PLM solutions across R&D;, Quality, and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end SAP PLM architecture for Recipe Development and Specification Management.
- Define data models, versioning, approval workflows, and change management processes.
- Lead integration of SAP PLM with ECC/S/4HANA, including QM, MM, Batch Management, and Production Planning.
- Ensure seamless recipe-to-production and specification-to-quality data flow.
- Lead PLM blueprinting, fit-gap workshops, solution design, and global rollouts.
- Drive solution governance and mentor functional/technical teams.
- Support regulatory, labeling, nutritional,



and compliance requirements.

Mandatory Skills :

- 8 years of SAP PLM experience.
- Strong expertise in Recipe Development & Specification Management.
- Valuable knowledge of Formulas, Recipes, Specifications, Materials, and Substances.
- Strong SAP ECC/S/4HANA integration experience.
- Knowledge of QM, MM, Production Planning & Batch Management.
- Experience in PLM implementation, blueprinting, and global rollouts.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Life Sciences, or Process Manufacturing.
