Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SAP Business One Developer role based in Chennai. The developer will configure, customize, and maintain SAP Business One to support core business processes, including rentals, fleet management, and service operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing requirements, designing and implementing SAP Business One add-ons, creating reports and dashboards, and managing system integrations with other business applications.

The role involves troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, documenting technical solutions, and collaborating with operations, finance,



and management teams to ensure SAP solutions align with business needs. The developer will also support upgrades, ensure data integrity, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as Developer

- Ability to understand and map Business Process requirements, including rental workflows, equipment tracking, and service operations.
- Strong Software Development skills, including solution design, coding standards, and debugging in an ERP environment.
- Proficiency in Programming relevant to SAP Business One (e.g., SQL, C#, .NET, or SDK-based development).
- Experience with Integration between SAP Business One and external systems, such as CRM, finance tools, or custom applications.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Products, especially SAP Business One configuration, customization, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in construction, equipment rental, or related industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Chennai and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
