Role Overview :

- Technical Leadership : Lead ABAP development projects, providing guidance on design, code reviews, performance tuning, and development best practices.

- Design & Development : Translate functional specifications into technical designs, including complex interfaces (ALE/IDocs, APIs), user exits/BAdIs, and SAP Fiori/UI5 integration. Coordinate with global teams to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), managing build, testing, and implementation phases.

- S/4HANA Expertise : Implement solutions using HANA-optimized code, CDS Views, AMDP, and current syntax.

- Stakeholder Management : Interact with functional consultants and clients to resolve issues and deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills &

Experience :

- Experience : 6 years as an SAP ABAP Consultant, with at least one full implementation project.

- Technical Skills : Deep knowledge of CDS, RAP, OOABAP, RICEF, Adobe Forms, OData services.

- Tools : Experience with Eclipse IDE, Github, and optionally AI coding tools.

- Soft Skills : Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Work Mode : Need to be on-site in Pune.
