Role Description The Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at Hakims Aalim Hair n' Beauty Lounge in Bengaluru in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising service delivery, and ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

The Salon

Manager will handle client inquiries and feedback, coordinate appointments, monitor inventory, and maintain salon hygiene and safety standards. They will support hiring and onboarding of team members, provide coaching and performance feedback, and ensure adherence to brand protocols and service quality.



The role also involves meeting business targets, managing budgets, and collaborating with leadership on promotions and local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong cosmetology and hair care knowledge, with the ability to guide and support service professionals.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, staff, and vendors.
- Proven customer service abilities, with a focus on creating positive, repeat client experiences.
- Experience in hiring, training, and managing salon or retail staff.
- Previous experience in salon management or supervisory roles in beauty, wellness, or retail is preferred.
- Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and basic administrative tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
- Comfort with using appointment and point-of-sale software; basic computer literacy is required.
- Diploma or certification in cosmetology, hairdressing, or related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak salon times as needed.
