About Position:

We are looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce development, Service Cloud configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flows, REST/SOAP integrations, CI/CD tools, and AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities such as Agent force.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.
- Configure Case Management, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, Email-to-Case, and Service Console capabilities.
- Implement AI solutions using Agentforce and build AI-powered capabilities such as case summarization, intelligent routing, service agents, and knowledge recommendations.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Strong Salesforce development experience with Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, integrations, and CI/CD tools.
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce, AI-enabled Salesforce functionality, and service automation use cases.
- Preferred certifications include Platform Developer I, AI Associate, and Agent force Specialist.
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
