About The Role

Mirketa Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly respected Senior Director –

- Salesforce Engineering to lead and expand our Salesforce technical organization. This pivotal leadership role involves overseeing technical delivery, architecture governance, and talent development while providing client-facing technical leadership across a diverse portfolio of Salesforce consulting engagements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with profound Salesforce expertise, proven experience in managing large teams, and the ability to operate confidently in complex client and executive environments. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

The Senior

Director will play a crucial role in shaping the technical vision, ensuring quality standards, and fostering innovation within the organization.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess over 15 years of industry experience, primarily within mid-sized consulting organizations, with some exposure to large consulting environments. Proven leadership experience managing teams of 25 or more, preferably 40–60 Salesforce technical professionals, is essential. Candidates must have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and platform architecture.





Salesforce Architect

Certification (Application Architect, System Architect, or higher) is mandatory. Demonstrated experience designing and governing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions is required. Additionally, the candidate should have worked with US-based clients and distributed/global delivery teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities, are vital for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership &

- Architecture

- Provide overall technical leadership for a Salesforce technical team comprising 40–60 members across multiple concurrent projects.
- Engage actively in client technical discussions, solution design workshops, and architecture reviews to ensure optimal solutions.
- Create, review, and approve technical architecture documents, solution designs, and integration strategies to maintain high standards.
- Lead an Architecture Governance Forum to ensure consistency, scalability, security, and adherence to Salesforce best practices across projects.
- Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical challenges, including hands-on troubleshooting and code-level guidance when necessary.
- Define, implement, and enforce Salesforce development standards, coding guidelines, and architectural principles to maintain quality and consistency.

Delivery &
- Governance

- Provide technical governance across multiple Salesforce programs to ensure high-quality, predictable delivery outcomes.
- Collaborate with Delivery, PMO, and Client Leadership teams to align technical solutions with overall business objectives.
- Support RFP and proposal responses, including solution architecture, effort estimation, and technical narratives.
- Take on billable responsibilities on client projects as needed, demonstrating technical expertise and leadership.

People Management &
- Talent Development

- Manage and mentor senior architects,



technical leads, and engineering managers to foster growth and technical excellence.
- Own the hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of Salesforce technical talent to build a high-performing team.
- Develop and execute career paths, coaching plans, and succession strategies for team members.
- Drive performance management initiatives, skill development programs, Salesforce certifications, and initiatives to promote technical excellence.

Client &
- Stakeholder Engagement

- Act as a trusted technical advisor to US-based clients, often participating in evening or night calls and meetings to accommodate time zones.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Presales, and Executive Leadership teams to support business growth and client success initiatives.
