About Position:

We are looking for a Salesforce DevOps professional to create CI/CD pipelines, standardize branching, packaging, environment management, reduce release risk, and own release execution end to end.

- Role: Salesforce DevOps Engineer

- Experience: 8 to 12 Years
- Job Type: Full-Time Employment

What You'll Do:

- Create CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce to validate, test, deploy, and monitor releases.
- Standardizing branching, packaging, and environment management across teams.
- Reduce release risk through automation, quality gates, and DevSecOps controls.
- Own release execution end to end and continuously improve delivery metrics.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Strong experience in Salesforce Platform, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment automation.
- Good understanding of branching strategies, packaging models, environment governance, and release quality controls.
- Ability to collaborate with Salesforce development, QA, architecture, and operations teams.
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
