WE ARE HIRING – FEMALE SALES EXECUTIVE Location: Delhi Position: Sales Executive – Inside Sales & Customer Support Employment Type: Full time Industry: Automotive / Car Care / Paint Protection Products About the RoleWe are looking for a female Sales Executive to join our Delhi team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, sales conversion, customer complaint handling, service coordination, and order follow-up . The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert enquiries into sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound cold calls to potential customers and dealers. Follow up on incoming leads and convert them into sales. Handle the complete sales closure process , from enquiry to order confirmation.

Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers and dealers. Handle customer complaints and queries professionally. Coordinate with the service/technical team for customer support. Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding stock availability, order processing and dispatches.

Follow up on pending orders, payments and deliveries. Maintain daily call,



lead and sales reports. Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM/Excel. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Coordinate internally with sales, warehouse, service and accounts teams. Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets.

Candidate Profile

Female candidate preferred. Graduate preferred. 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, customer support or sales coordination preferred. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.

Good Hindi and English communication skills. Confident and comfortable making outbound calls. Good convincing and negotiation skills. Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and email.

Target-oriented and responsible. Good coordination and follow-up skills.
