Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads and understand their requirements.
- Build and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Assist with sales and business development activities.
- Maintain regular follow-up and communication with prospects.
- Participate in training and professional development activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship building.
- Comfortable communicating through phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Hindi / Punjabi Language Only Allowed
