Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Lead and manage sales teams across regions
- Drive new business development & key accounts
- Manage distributors, dealers & client relationships
- Monitor market trends & competitor activities
- Handle sales forecasts, budgets & business plans
- Conduct negotiations, client meetings & presentations
- Train and motivate the sales team
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement & Management
