Location: River, Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: 3+ years in automobile / EV / retail sales

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the showroom sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Drive enquiries, test drives, bookings and retail conversions.
- Monitor individual sales performance and improve team productivity.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure a high-quality buying experience.
- Implement local sales and marketing activities to generate leads.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track key performance indicators.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, delivery and service teams for smooth customer handling.
- Maintain showroom standards and ensure proper follow-up of all leads.

Candidate Profile

- 3+ years of experience in automobile, EV, two-wheeler or retail sales.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented with a solid focus on conversions.
- Knowledge of the Coimbatore market will be an advantage.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
