Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager with robust experience in Automotive OEM & Tier 1 account handling in the Electronics / EV components industry. The role involves driving business growth, managing key customer relationships, and expanding into new markets. Customer visits for new product launch.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in OEM & Tier 1 segments
- Manage key accounts: Bajaj Auto, TVS, Hero MotoCorp, Honda, Mahindra, MSIL, Kawasaki etc.
- Develop new business opportunities in EV (Motor & Controller), Electronics, and electrical components
- Handle customer relationships, negotiations,



and commercial discussions
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer interaction on specific issues if any.
- Conduct regular customer visits and engagement
- Prepare Management presentations & Report presentations
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Automotive OEM & Tier 1 customer handling
- Knowledge of Incoterms, LTA, GPA, commercial agreements
- Hands-on expertise in:
- MS Excel (advanced preferred)
- PowerPoint & presentations
- MIS & reporting tools
- Exposure to export sales / international business is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills

Education

- BE / B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical (Mandatory)/Mechanical is also ok if relevant experience.
- MBA in Marketing (Preferred)
