● Ability to build and manage broker and channel partner networks. _Key Responsibilities:_

*Channel Partner Management & Lead Generation:

● Build and maintain a strong network of brokers, channel partners, and real estate consultants in Western Zone.

● Generate qualified leads through channel partners and broker relationships.





● Conduct regular broker meets, project presentations, and engagement activities.

● Ensure strong relationship management with existing and new channel partners. Sales Coordination & Conversion Support:

● Work closely with internal sales team to convert sourced leads into bookings.

● Track sourcing performance, lead pipeline, and conversion ratios. Market Engagement & Intelligence:

● Share regular updates on inventory, pricing, and offers with channel partners.

● Support project launches, campaigns, and broker engagement initiatives.
