- Assist in daily branch Gold loan operations and customer service.
- Support branch team in handling customer queries and resolving issues.

- Help execute marketing and promotional activities to enhance branch visibility within Branch once Tenured • Learn and assist in maintaining client relationships by providing personalized services.
- Handle administrative tasks, data entry, and prepare reports for the branch.
