Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Sales Intern based in Delhi, India.

The Sales

Intern will assist in identifying and engaging prospective candidates for Jet Set Jobs’ nursing and Ausbildung programs, including making calls, responding to inquiries, and explaining program details clearly and accurately. Daily tasks include supporting the sales team with lead follow-up, maintaining candidate databases, scheduling consultations, and ensuring prompt,



professional communication through phone, email, and messaging platforms. The intern will help provide customer service to candidates by addressing questions about processes, fees, training, and documentation, and may support basic training or information sessions under supervision. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to track candidate progress and contributing ideas to improve outreach and conversion.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with diverse candidates and families.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, including lead generation, follow-up, and basic negotiation aligned with transparent and ethical practices.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Training and Sales Management support, such as assisting in information sessions and helping the sales team organize pipelines and reports.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace, comfort with phone and WhatsApp-based outreach, and valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field is preferred, along with interest in international education, healthcare, or overseas careers.
