Role Description The Sales Executive role is a contract, on-site position based in Jaipur.

The Sales

Executive will manage and grow relationships with boutique retailers, stylists, and private label clients, presenting collections, negotiating terms, and driving B2C sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients in person, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, and following up on leads to convert opportunities into orders. The role also involves coordinating with design and production teams on client requirements, maintaining accurate sales records,



and providing feedback on market trends and customer preferences.

Executive will represent Sutra at showrooms, events, and trade meetings, ensuring a professional and brand-aligned experience for every client interaction.

Qualifications

- Strong B2C sales and account management skills, with experience in luxury goods or jewellery preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with proficiency in English; Hindi and other regional languages are an advantage.
- Customer relationship-building skills, including the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Basic proficiency in sales reporting tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of gemstones, fine jewellery, and current market trends is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, travel locally as needed, and manage time effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering a high-quality client experience.
