Sales Executive – Shoe Bespoke, Mohali Location: Mohali, Punjab Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a responsible and energetic Sales Executive to manage daily operations at our Shoe Bespoke Mohali store. The candidate will be responsible for customer handling, sales, coordination with the factory/workshop, order follow-ups, and daily reporting.

Key Responsibilities Attend and assist customers professionally in the showroom. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable shoes, jackets, belts, wallets and other leather products. Handle daily sales and billing operations.

Coordinate with the factory/workshop regarding customer orders, production status and delivery timelines. Follow up on pending customer orders and inform customers about updates. Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness and product displays.

Check stock availability and report missing or low-stock products. Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, orders and sales. Coordinate between the store, factory and management for smooth daily operations.

Handle





WhatsApp/customer enquiries and follow up with potential customers. Prepare and submit a daily sales and operations report to management. Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.

Candidate

Requirements 1–3 years of experience in retail sales / showroom sales / luxury fashion / footwear preferred. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge. Responsible, punctual and organised. Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams. Sales-oriented with a positive attitude.

Experience with footwear, leather products or premium/luxury retail will be an advantage.
