Relationship Manager / Sales Executive – Real Estate Job Type: Full-time Industry: Real Estate Location: Bangalore About the Role We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Relationship Manager / Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating and handling leads, understanding customer requirements, arranging site visits, and converting prospects into successful property transactions.

Key Responsibilities - Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Schedule and conduct property/site visits.
- Coordinate with builders and customers throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate and assist customers until deal closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.





Requirements - Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong interest in sales and real estate.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle targets and work independently.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Prior experience in real estate, sales, telecalling or business development is an advantage.

Training

Freshers will receive structured training and guidance on real estate sales, projects, customer handling, lead generation and closing techniques.
