Sales Executive – Mobiking Company: Mobiking Job Type: Full Time Location: Delhi Department: Sales Experience: 0.5–3 Years preferred Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives (depending on experience) About Mobiking Mobiking is an e-commerce and wholesale business dealing in open-box and branded electronics , including earbuds, headphones, smartwatches, speakers, gaming accessories, chargers and other gadgets. Job ResponsibilitiesHandle walk-in and online customer enquiries. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Generate sales through calls, WhatsApp and other customer channels. Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales. Explain product features, pricing, offers and warranty/return policies.

Maintain good relationships with existing and current customers. Upsell and cross-sell products wherever appropriate. Maintain daily sales and customer follow-up records.



Coordinate with the operations and support teams for smooth order processing.

Requirements Good communication and convincing skills. Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude. Basic knowledge of smartphones, gadgets and electronics is preferred. Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic computer applications. Prior experience in electronics, retail, e-commerce or B2B sales will be an advantage. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
