Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with experience in costing, billing, estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract management. The candidate should have robust knowledge of project costing, vendor billing verification, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs
Verify contractor/vendor bills and measurements
Monitor project costs and support budget control
Perform rate analysis and cost comparisons
Assist in tendering and contract management
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
Prepare MIS reports and billing updates

Required Skills
B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Knowledge of costing, estimation, billing, and contracts
Experience in BOQ preparation and quantity surveying
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
Robust analytical and coordination skills

Preferred Experience
Real estate, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
Exposure to Technical Due Diligence & Project Monitoring
