Justwalkin Rooms is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive – Holiday Packages to join our growing travel team. If you love travel, enjoy speaking with customers, and have the ability to convert travel enquiries into bookings, we’d love to hear from you.

Role Description The Sales Executive – Holiday Packages role is a full-time position in a hybrid work model, based in Bengaluru South with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Sales

Executive will identify and engage potential customers, present holiday package options, and convert leads into confirmed bookings through phone, email, and online channels. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer preferences, recommending suitable properties and packages, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with property partners and internal teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Sales

Executive will contribute to sales targets, participate in promotional campaigns, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications





- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads and achieve defined targets.
- Customer service and relationship management skills to build trust and deliver positive booking experiences.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including transparent spoken and written English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
- Basic proficiency with computers, CRM or booking tools, and online marketplaces; comfort working with spreadsheets and email.
- Knowledge or interest in travel, hospitality, and holiday packages, particularly within the Indian market.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting from Bengaluru South, manage time well, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in sales, travel agencies, hospitality, or vacation rentals is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
